Downloading the Odessa Client and Server system binaries

If you wish to install the binaries instead of compiling the source code you can download a GZip tar file containing the binaries for the Server and Client along with installation scripts at download.

Once you have the binaries you can install them by following the instructions here.


Downloading the Media Import Tool

Before you install the Media Import Tool you will need to have the required codecs installed in order for the video player to work. Those codecs are available from K-Lite in their basic package. You can get the install here: K-Lite Basic

The Media import tool is an installable Exe file used for importing photos, videos, GPS track, etc up to the Odessa server. The install program is available here: download.
